Canoe Cabin – 2bdrm/1bath (sleeps 2-4), Kitchen, Sunroom, CHA, Walking paths to Bluff. Close to town. 2 night minimum, $100 per night weekends, $75 per night weekdays, $500 a week.  $700 for Sewanee events.

DIRECTIONS: 179 Hollingsworth Cove Rd, Monteagle.  (L) 1.0 miles at 41, (L) 3.0 miles at white fence, (L) 3.6 miles at blacktop road, (L) 3.9 miles at Hollingsworth Cove Rd, (L) 4.1 miles at 4^th Driveway (179 and Green Canoe on Mailbox).

Wrens Nest Cabin – 2 bdrm/2 bath (sleeps 2-4+), CHA, Gas Fireplace, Cable TV, Large front porch, Close to town, Walking paths to Bluff.  Built 2006.  2 night minimum, $150 a night, $800 for week.  $1000 for Sewanee events. 

**$40 cleaning fee and 14.75% tax not included in price. 

DIRECTIONS:  340 Wrens Nest Ave., Monteagle.  Turn into street next to McDonalds.  (R) approx .4 at 340 driveway (log cabin).

Shakerag Bluff Cabin - 1 bdrm/1 bath (sleeps 3-5), Propane Heat (no a/c), Solar Energy, Rainwater system (eco-cabin), 3 large decks, gorgeous bluff views from front porch, outdoor fire pit, small lake with dock and canoe, St. Andrews walking trails close by. Private retreat.  $175 per night, $435 for 3 nights, $575 for the week.  $800 for Sewanee events.  (On non-Sewanee events, reduced rates for Sewanee and SAS faculty and families).

DIRECTIONS:  519 St. Francis Lane, Sewanee. (R) 3.2 miles at Firetower Rd (just before flashing St. Andrews Light). (L) 3.6 miles at fork in road. (L) 4.0 miles at mailbox (519).  Stay right, cabin at 4.5 miles.

Peniel’s Bluff Cabin at Cumberlands – 3 bdrm/2 bath (sleeps 3-7), CHA, Satellite TV, jacuzzi in master, 2 large decks overlooking bluff, large open floor plan. 20 miles from Sewanee campus, 20 minutes to Nickajack Lake. 

New - The seven seater Island Spa features a revolutionary breakthrough in hydrotherapy jetting which is designed to provide a truly remarkable hydro-massage. The spa includes a one of a kind spa pillow with the warm water sweep down your neck and back as well as a LED Lighting system with five different colored lights.

The Bolo Club in Sherwood – 4 bdrm/2 bath (sleeps 4-9), CHA, Satellite TV, nice deck off master bdrm, mountain views, availability of large pavilion w/kitchen for entertaining.  Additional bunk houses can add 12 more beds, camping facilities, fishing, hunting, barn for horses all at additional fees.  Perfect for corporate retreat, family gatherings,  hunting lodge.  2 night minimum, $350 per night ($550 w/food), $1900 for week ($3000 w/food).  Cleaning fee included and taxes not included.

DIRECTIONS:  738 Sinking Cove Rd, Sherwood.  (L) 5.5 miles at 56 towards Sherwood (just after Sewanee Campus), (R) 23.5 miles at blue Hwy 56 sign (Alabama), follow road to where it hits good pavement (Tennessee again), Lodge is .7 more miles on right.

CLIFFTOPS in Monteagle -

Gated Community with the following amenities:  Swimming Pool (in season), 54 acre lake, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts.

Tigers Den in Clifftops – 4 bdrm/3 bath (sleeps 4-12), Futons, CHA, Cable TV, Large Fireplace in Great Room, Large double deck stone patio w/grill, great for entertaining, Screened in porch, bikes, fishing rods, canoe at lake.  Available for Sewanee events and special occasions on an owner approval basis.  2 night minimum, $350 a night, $1000 for three nights, $2000 a week.  Sewanee graduation $3000, Sewanee Parents Weekend and Homecoming $2500.

DIRECTIONS:  2054 Lakeshore Dr (#152) Clifftops access restrictions apply.  3^rd Drive on left after you turn onto Lakeshore Dr off of main rd.

Huckleberry Zen in Clifftops -  3 bdrm/2 bath (sleeps 6-9) plus 2 couches, CHA, Cable TV, Fireplace in Great Room, Large wrap-around deck.  King Master, double full beds, and twin w/bunkbeds.  Clifftops amenities.  Close to entrance/exit.  Available for Sewanee events,  weekend and weekly rentals.  2 night minimum, $200 a night.  Sewanee Parents Weekend and Homecoming $2100, Sewanee Graduation $2500.

**$85 Cleaning fee and 9.75% tax not included in price.

DIRECTIONS:  611 Huckleberry Dr (#12) Clifftops access restrictions apply.  First left (at stop sign) after gate, then first left after exit lane (Huckleberry). 611 on the left.
